POSTAGE USA: Please add $7.50 for the 1st book ordered. This fee includes when possible priority mail and insurance. Please add $1.50 for 2nd & 3rd book ordered, and .50 for each additional title. I can also ship books via media mail for $5.50 which also would include insurance/and or delivery confirmation.
NEW YORK STATE RESIDENTS: Please add 8.375% sales tax to the total amount of the book + postage.
CREDIT CARDS: I ACCEPT VISA, MASTERCARD AND DISCOVER CREDIT CARDS. PLEASE INCLUDE THE CARD SECURITY CODE WITH ORDERING INFORMATION, AND PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS IS THE SAME OTHERWISE THIS MIGHT CAUSE PROBLEMS WITH THE TRANSACTION PROCESS.
