New York Dell Pub. 1961 New Dell Edition Paperback
Finney's classic sci-fi novel reprinted many times. Filmed in 56 by Don Siegel,its one of the key films of the 50's. This is the first printing of the New Dell Edition. Cover painting by Richard Powers. Tiny crease to the very edge of the front cover, book store stamp and corner clipped to the first page before the title pg. and a really tiny sliver of a damp stain to the top edge which does not intrude into the book. The book appears to be unread. Near fine.

New York Dell Publishing Co 1957 First Edition Paperback
Finney's novel about good and bad brothers who stage an elaborate prison break. Filmed in 1957 with Jack Palance playing a double role. Russell Rouse wrote and directed the film and won an Oscar for his Pillow Talk screenplay. His other notable film might be "The Well" an early 50's racial drama. There are a few very minor, small and discrete tiny water stains to the corners of some back pgs. due to the small and faint bottom edge stain to the front and bottom edge. The back cover has a small picture of Jack Palance announcing a film will soon be made. There was no hardcover edition published in this country. Vg+
