Brock was a left fielder who played his career with the Chicago Cubs and St. Louis Cardinals. He batted and threw left-handed. He is currently a special instructor coach for the St. Louis Cardinals.In 1967, Brock became the first player to steal 50 bases and hit 20 home runs in the same season.
