This is an original 11" x 14" color tinted lobby card from the second release of the film when the title was changed from "Ace In The Hole" to "The Big Carnival" to try to make more people come to see it. It didn't work. The card is not marked as a reissue or release lobby card and it is the #1 card dated 1951. The card shows Kirk Douglas and Bob Arthur in the cave.
